Lene Marie Schwarz
I trained at the European School of Osteopathy in Kent, where I was taught a wide range of osteopathic techniques. These include traditional osteopathic methods, cranial and visceral treatments, as well as newly researched, evidence-based approaches, such as high-velocity thrust techniques.
In my practice, I draw on this broad spectrum of techniques to tailor treatments to each patient’s individual needs. I take the time to understand a patient’s overall health and life circumstances, aiming to provide holistic and sustainable solutions for their concerns. Good communication and collaboration with my patients are always my top priorities, allowing me to create personalised and effective treatment plans.
I believe osteopathy is a therapy for everyone and enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I have a particular interest in treating headaches, as well as working with babies and children. That said, I’d like to encourage anyone curious about osteopathy to give it a try—I’d be happy to help!
After practising in Germany for a while, I’ve decided to return to the UK and settle in the Brighton and Hove area. I’m thrilled to finally live by the coast (and sail as much as possible!) while becoming part of such a vibrant and diverse community.
I’m available at the clinic on Wednesdays and Saturdays, offering Osteopathy and Sports Massage.
