Bookings and Treatments

The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made at www.anaturalbalance.co.uk or directly by phone or in person. When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these terms and conditions) will be with the therapist you have chosen to book with. Natural Balance (UK) limited provides a service to the therapists (room rental, marketing, processing card payments etc) but DOES NOT provide any treatments itself or contract directly with the client.

All rates featured on www.anaturalbalance.co.uk are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice. Natural Balance UK Limited and /or its’ practitioners reserve a right to decline massage bookings and / or treatment without an obligation to provide any reason for doing so. All clients are responsible to ensure that a consultation takes place and that they are suitably healthy to receive the treatment provided. All therapists at Natural Balance are qualified. They work on a self employed basis and Natural Balance UK Limited is therefore not legally liable for problems that occur after treatment is provided.

Payment

You’ll need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure your booking. No charges will be made during the booking process. You can secure your booking using MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD IN ADVANCE but we do operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Payment is due on the day of your appointment by cash, gift vouchers, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch or American Express.

*During the current pandemic, the preferred method of payment is a card in advance.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid as shown on the voucher up to a maximum of 12 months. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and may only be used as specified on the voucher. Please note when purchasing a gift voucher that we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist and no refunds will be given if a preferred therapist is not available.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or change any booking up to 24 hours before the appointment time. After this time the full treatment cost is charged as a cancellation fee. When booking and providing your card details you are authorising us to deduct the full cost of your treatment should you cancel or change the appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

*If a client cancels an appointment due to Covid-19 with less than 24 hours notice any cancellation charge will be waived.

Use of Personal Information

Natural Balance is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its on-line visitors. When booking and having treatments we collect the e-mail addresses of our clients. This information is never shared with other parties. We may occasionally contact you with special offers but all communications will include a clear ‘opt out’ button.

*An exception to the above is the requirement for us to inform NHS Track and Trace and/or Public Health England in the event of a therapist or client testing positive for Covid-19 or coming into contact with someone who tests positive or is asked to self-isolate.
