Managing your booking

Creating an account on Fresha gives you the ability to manage all aspects of your booking. As well as being able to cancel and amend bookings (with notice) you can view all future and past appointments, update payment methods and connect with other local businesses that use the Fresha app.

The most important thing to remember is to register using the same email address associated with the bookings you have made with us. If unsure which email to use then check which email your booking confirmation was sent to.

You can also log in using Facebook, Google or Apple but only use these social logins if they also have the email address used for your original booking with us associated with them.

Where do I create my Fresha Account?

You have two options. You can download the Fresha app from the Apple or Google Play stores to your phone or tablet. Just search for Fresha in the store (easiest)

or you can use any browser, such as Chrome, Safari or Firefox on a laptop or computer, by opening this page. https://www.fresha.com/

Unfortunately, we can’t help with account issues, like logging in, but you can email their support team at hello@fresha.com

Remember your Fresha account isn’t unique to us. It allows you to make appointments with a range of businesses including gyms, personal trainers, beauty salons, barbers, hairdressers and Tattooists (so please save us as a favourite).
